Project Description: The City of Norwalk is requesting proposals from qualified Consulting Environmental Engineering firms to provide site assessment and engineering design that include the comprehensive design for the following project: Flood Resiliency, Habitat and Public Access Improvements at Veteran’s Park. Funding for the project is through a Federal grant. Federal funded projects require additional terms and conditions and other obligations. The requirements of this project are outlined in greater detail under Section 2 Scope of Work/Project Specifications.
