This Project consists of modernizing and replacing the six (6) elevators, two (2) escalators and fifteen (15) platform lifts, in an effort to ensure reliable vertical transportation at the facility, including associated architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical and plumbing work. CB: Bronx 4 Project #: CO295EV / EPIN: 85026B0057 Late Bids Will Not Be Accepted. There will be an optional pre-bid conference. Details will be provided in the PASSPort procurement. This contract is subject to Special Experience Requirements. *This project is subject to Community Hiring requirements.* This Competitive Sealed Bid (CSB) is being released throughout PASSPort, New York City’s online procurement portal. Responses to this CSB must be submitted via PASSPort.
