Installation must be in accordance withall applicable federal, state and local laws, rules and regulations.Project will begin once a written “Notice to Proceed” is issued.Completion times for the project will be as follows:Substantial Completion shall be 50 days from Notice to ProceedFinal Completion shall be 60 days from Notice to ProceedLiquidated damages of $100 for each working day will be assessed for delays beyond the establisheddates for substantial completion and final completionThe City of Nashua, through the Mayor, who is awarding authority, reserves the right to reject any andall bids or parts of bids; to waive any defects, information, and minor irregularities; to accept exceptionsto these specifications; to award contracts or to cancel this request if in the City’s best interest.INFORMATION FOR BIDDERS:The City is now accepting submittals electronically via Bonfire.
