Clean Water Services (District) invites qualified firms or individuals to submit proposals to provide risk management and Broker of Record insurance brokerage services.  Interested consultants may submit proposals.

Proposals are to be submitted to Christina Gangle, Procurement Supervisor and District Representative, via Equity Hub’s Bid Locker at https://bidlocker.us/details/6269 by Monday, **July 27, 2026, at 4:00:00 p.m. (Pacific). Before consultant can submit their proposal, they will need to register with Bid Locker at https://bidlocker.us/Home/bidlockerus .  Facsimile, mailed or emailed proposals will not be accepted.  Late proposals will not be accepted.  Proposals will not be opened publicly and read aloud.

Copies of the Request for Proposal (RFP) can be downloaded from Bid Locker at LINK. It is the Consultant’s responsibility to refer daily to Bid Locker’s website to check for any available amendments or addenda, responses to inquiries or questions, cancellations, or notices of intent to award, and any and all information regarding this opportunity. It is not District’s responsibility to notify participating Consultants by email or by any other means of any of the above. Copies of this advertisement can be obtained on the Bid Locker website or District’s website at https://dynamic.cleanwaterservices.org/Bids . Consultants need not be licensed under ORS 468A.720 (regarding licensing of contractors on projects involving asbestos abatement).

District may reject any proposal not in compliance with all prescribed procedures and requirements, and may cancel the solicitation or reject, for good cause, any or all proposals upon a finding that it is in the public interest to do so.
