Bid Title:	RFP-UNMARKED POLICE VEHICLES

Description: The City of Delano (“City”) is now requesting proposals from Honda, Toyota, Jeep and Chevrolet vendors from November 5, 2024, through December 16, 2024. This Request for Proposals (“RFP”) is open to all qualified vendors. The vehicles shall be unmarked and are intended for law enforcement purposes, in accordance with the specifications outlined herein. Publication Date/Time: 11/5/2024 10:00 AM Closing Date/Time: 12/16/2024 5:00 PM Contact Person: Heriberto Trigo at htrigo@delanopd.org or Corporal Darian Santaella at dsantaella@delanopd.org Special Requirements: All vendors interested in providing the vehicles must complete a proposal. The deadline is Monday, December 16, 2024 at 05:00 PM. No proposal shall be considered unless it is made in accordance with the provisions of the RFP. All proposals must be labeled “RFP for Unmarked Police Vehicles,” and the proposal terms must be firm for ninety (90) days from the date of the proposal opening in order to permit staff evaluation and City Council award. The City of Delano reserves the right to reject any or all proposals in whole or in part and may waive any irregularities or informalities in any proposal to the extent permitted by law, and when the public interest will be served thereby. Any questions relating to this RFP must be received at least four City business days prior to closing date, any questions received after this deadline will not be addressed.
