The City of Phoenix is seeking a qualified contractor to provide construction services for the Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport Terminal 3 Recirculation Roadway Improvements project. The project is to alleviate reoccurring traffic congestion issues near the western end of Terminal 3 roadways.

This is a federal-aid project. The prevailing basic hourly wage rates and fringe benefit payments, as determined by the Secretary of Labor pursuant to the provisions of the Davis-Bacon Act, shall be the minimum wages paid to the described classes of laborers and mechanics employed or working on the site to perform the contract.

This project will utilize federal funds and is subject to the requirements of 49 Code of Federal Regulations Part 26 and the U.S. Department of Transportation DBE program. No goal has been established for this project.
