Project Description: Westminster, MD - DMW - Install AWOS-III (19088)
The Rehabilitate AWOS project is to replace the existing Automated Weather Observing System (AWOS) currently in service. The project includes all new equipment to be installed in a new location as well as site work, tree removal, and electrical work to support the system and all materials and labor needed to install a certified AWOS-III on the airfield. Once the new AWOS-III is functioning and certified, the current obsolete equipment is to be removed.
