Description:	The Project includes the furnishing of all labor and materials for the construction, complete in-place, which shall include, but not be limited to, the following: Project for the construction of a parking lot expansion, concrete flatwork, bituminous trails, class 5 aggregate, storm water system, watermain, sanitary sewer, irrigation, and landscaping with an alternate tank system for water capture and irrigation reuse.
Additional Description:	The City of Inver Grove Heights reserves the right to reject any and all vbids, to waive any informality therein, and to adjourn the meeting to a later date for the purpose of further consideration of the vbids and taking action thereon. No vbid may be withdrawn within 60 days after the date of opening of bids. The City Council will consider award of contract at their regular meeting held at City Hall on April 28, at 6:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers at 8150 Barbara Avenue.
