Description: SOUTH ORANGE VILLAGE REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL FOR POOL CONCESSION The Township of South Orange Village will receive sealed proposals for Food Concession Operation at the South Orange Main Swimming Pool at 10:00 a.m., prevailing time, Thursday, January 8, 2026 at the Municipal Offices, 76 South Orange Avenue, Suite 302, South Orange, NJ at which place and time, all bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. Proposal must be in a sealed envelope clearly marked on the outside “POOL BID” All bidders are required to familiarize themselves with the area at the Peter S. Connor Memorial Swimming Pool prior to the submission of their proposal.  Bidders must submit with their bid a certified check in the amount of $500.00 payable to South Orange Village. Request for Proposal may be obtained on Village website, www.southorange.org , under RFPs and Bids.
