Description: You are cordially invited to submit a bid for Elevator Services in accordance with the attached specifications, terms, and conditions listed in RFB 2024-044 Elevator Services. The Town of Salem NH is requesting bids from vendors to supply all labor, tools, transportation, materials, equipment and permits as necessary and required to perform elevator services at multiple Town Buildings. The successful bidder must have at least five (5) years’ experience in the field and be able to respond to emergencies within a 2-hour time frame. This will be a three (3) year contract, 2025 – 2027.
