General Comments

- This request for bids is for a contract to furnish all material, equipment, supplies, and labor

necessary to renovate the two (2) campground bath houses at Ft. Pillow State Park. On-Site work

shall be performed between receipt of signed purchase order and January 31, 2026, unless a

written exception is granted by the Facilities Management Regional Manager. For this project,

the Contractor and applicable subcontractors shall possess an active BC-b sm Tennessee Building

Contractor license prior to submitting a bid. Any proposed substitution or addition of a

subcontractor shall require written Facilities Management acceptance and approval before being

allowed on-site or perform any work under this Contract. All subcontractors are required to have

an active TN Building Contractor license for the applicable work to be performed before and

throughout the project. All bids over $100,000 shall include provisions for a payment bond in

the amount of twenty-five percent (25%) of the contract price. A pre-bid meeting will be held on

December 22nd at 10AM in the park office. TCA 11-3-112
