Is RFP deadline firm?

The RFP deadline is firm.

Will proposals be accepted if delivered electronically?

Yes, electronically submitted proposals will be accepted. Please deliver all electronically

submitted proposals to jgoetz@qcairport.com no later than 2:30 p.m. on Thursday July 2,

2026.

Can manufacturers propose direct?

Yes, manufacturers may propose direct. Manufacturers may submit multiple proposals if

they want to propose a partial package as direct proposal and another proposal as an all-

inclusive package.

Delivery, freight, & Installation cost is not noted on Pricing Form - can we add to it per

phase in the pricing form, or would you like us to put it elsewhere?

Delivery, freight, tariffs, and installation should be included in the line-item pricing for each

piece.

For each phase, is installation only during business hours or any time of the day?

There are no restrictions on installation hours. Installation could occur during normal

business hours.

Is it required to mail a physical copy of the RFP response? If so, can we email our

submission in case there is an issue with shipping via FedEx?

Electronically submitted proposals will be accepted. Please deliver all electronically

2026.

OFS X&O tables - this finish is a special which will add to the cost and lead time. With

September install date for phase 1, we are not confident that this will be delivered on

time. Would you like to move forward, or price a standard finish?

A standard finish substitution would be acceptable.

BS-1 shows qty 2 on rfp and plan, plan calls out qty 4.

The quantity on the rfp should govern.

BS-4 is qty 3 on rfp and tagged on plan. There are the seats below that are untagged.

Should these go into the BS-4 count?

BS-5 is a 4 seat on rfp, but shows 6 seats on plan. RFP calls qty 2, plan calls qty 4?

The quantity and specification on the rfp should govern.

EX-10 and EX-11 not listed in Phase breakdown, does this go in Phase 3 with other

outdoor?

EX-10 and EX-11 were not listed in the plan and are not needed.

AA-1 qty on product sheet is 5, on phase breakdown the total quantity over three

phases is (6). I’ve requested (6) based off the phase breakdown. Let us know if this

should be different.

Please include a quantity of 6.

On CG-9 Axis shows Corian surface for alternate surface since they won’t do it as a

special. They quoted their own white surface top. Is this okay or do we need to revisit

this with an alternate spec?

This approach seems reasonable.

Finish F-12 is listed but not specified on any furniture. Do we need to quote this for

something?

Finish F-12 does not need to be proposed.

CF Stinson fabric for Nevins items is now Arc Com, this is the same fabric but different

name.

This is understood and acceptable. Thanks.

As we went through the furniture quantities listed in the RFP for install quotes, we

noted a handful of tags(S-13, CG-5, S-14, CG-11, and CG-13) that were listed that do

not appear in the spec sheets. Can you confirm if these items have been removed? If

not, we will need the types of these furniture to be proposed.

These items do not need to be proposed. Please see the updated pricing sheet attached to this

document.
