The Alaska Broadband Office seeks a contractor to provide Professional Engineering services to evaluate subgrantee project reporting to verify progress against network design.

NOTE: AS 36.30.270 APPLIES TO THIS RFP: COST WILL NOT BE AN EVALUATION FACTOR

Deadline: Proposals must be received no later than 5:00 PM prevailing Alaska Time on Friday, May 22, 2026. Late proposals or amendments will be disqualified and not opened or accepted for evaluation.

The division of Administrative Services of the Department of Commerce, Community, and Economic Development on the behalf of the ABO, is solicitating proposals for a contractor to provide Professional Engineering services to evaluate subgrantee project reporting to determine the veracity of their progress against their network design.

A pre-proposal conference may be held at 2:30 PM, Alaska Time, on Monday, May  11, 2026, via Microsoft Teams. Those wishing to attend the meeting must contact the Procurement Officer in advance to receive information on how to attend. If there are no parties wishing to attend the pre-proposal conference by 5:00 PM Alaska Time on Thursday, May 7, 2026, the pre-proposal teleconference will not be held.
