Project Description: Houston City College (HCC) seeks proposals from qualified contractors/vendors to perform Quarterly Ice Machine Cleaning, Preventative Maintenance and (Repair Services - on call) on all ice machines for HCC System Wide outlined in Exhibit No. 2. HCC reserves the right to award separate contracts to multiple contractors.
