Project Description: The City of Corinth (City) is issuing this Request for Proposal (RFP) for the Sewer Inflow & Infiltration Assessment with Acoustic Assessment project to solicit qualified and experienced vendors to conduct a comprehensive evaluation of our sewer infrastructure. The purpose of this RFP is to identify a qualified contractor capable of utilizing advanced acoustic technology to assess the condition of the sewer system, identify potential issues, and provide actionable insights to ensure optimal functionality and long-term sustainability.
This project will involve a detailed, non-invasive acoustic assessment of the sewer network, which will enable the detection of leaks, blockages, and structural abnormalities. Acoustic testing is a highly effective and efficient method for conducting sewer assessments, as it minimizes disruption to the environment while providing accurate and timely results.
We invite proposals from contractors with demonstrated expertise in sewer inspections and acoustic technologies. The selected contractor will work closely with [Your Company Name] to deliver a thorough and reliable assessment of the sewer system, ensuring it meets industry standards and remains in excellent working condition.
Through this RFP, we seek to collaborate with a vendor who can offer innovative solutions, competitive pricing, and a commitment to delivering high-quality, professional services. We look forward to reviewing your proposal and partnering to enhance the performance and reliability of our sewer infrastructure.
The successful bidder will be awarded a contract effective from date of award or notice to proceed as determined by the City; and will expire upon completion and acceptance of the project. The successful bidder must be available for emergency services, if required.
