Project Description:	New York City College of Technology (the “College”) of the City University of New York (“CUNY”) intends to purchase Modern Campus Message Engagement Platform for ID Verification Event Check-In, pursuant to its discretionary purchasing authority under State Finance Law 163 (6). Interested parties should contact the individual listed in “Primary Contact” below to discuss this opportunity prior to the Due Date and Time stated in this advertisement. Vendor shall provide: Modern Campus Online Message Engagement Platform License for 1 Lot ID Verification, Event Check-In, Mobile Polls & Mobile Waiver, Degree Granting -Campuswide Departments ipt to 20,000 Contacts Prospective Respondents must download a copy of the RFQ from this advertisement Any purchase that results from this advertisement shall be governed by the University’s standard Terms and Conditions, Purchase Order, and Standard Clauses for New York State Contracts (Appendix A). Contact with College: The restricted period has begun for this procurement. Under the requirements of this Procurement Lobbying Act (PLA), all communications regarding advertised procurements are to be channeled through the Designated Contact. Communication with respect to this procurement initiated by or on behalf of an interested vendor though other than the Designated Contact may constitute an “impermissible contact” under NYS law and could result in disqualification of that vendor. Compliance with PLA: Required Forms: Vendor shall complete, sign and submit the following if they are selected. “Offerer’s Affirmation of Understanding of and Agreement pursuant to State Finance Law 139-j(3) and 139-j(6)b” “Offerer’s Disclosure of Prior Non-Responsibility Determinations and Certification of Compliance with State Finance Law 139-j & 139-k” Business enterprises awarded an identical or substantially similar procurement contract within the past five years: None Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Business (SDVOB) SDVOB Goal: 6.00% Minority / Women Business Enterprise contracting goals (MWBE) Total MWBE Goals: 30.00%
