Project Description: The Floyd County Board of Commissioners is seeking to receive sealed bids from qualified contractors, for the furnishing of all labor, tools, material, equipment, and other things necessary for the purpose of the Replacement of Eleven (11) Rooftop HVAC Units as per the specifications listed within this document.
A mandatory pre-bid/site visit will be held at 9:00 AM on September 30, 2026. The site address is 2526 New Calhoun Hwy., Rome, GA 30161. Those wishing to participate in this bid should be present or make arrangements to visit at a different time. Failure to view the site will result in your submission not being accepted.
