Bid Title:	RFP Certified Contractor to facilitate woodstove replacement for Quinault Indian Nation

Description: Contractor will aid project coordinators with technical components of a woodstoves changeout program which Quinault residents and tribal members will apply to. These components include inspection of existing systems, with recording and communication of identified deficiencies;  drafting illustrations of replacement systems and peripheral components; discussing the new setup with selected applicants and reaching an agreement on the installation plan; uninstallation of the old system and installation of the new; and communication with applicants and coordinators.
