Project Description
  • Land Surveying Services - Request for Qualifications
Kuna School District wishes to procure a professional land surveyor. We require the services of a surveyor in order to split the parcel R1727750305 in Ada County into two lots. One lot will be approximately 12 acres and represent the existing occupied property immediately surrounding and containing Silver Trail Elementary, while the remaining 40 acres of undeveloped land to the north and west of the school will be offered for sale. This solicitation is being conducted under Idaho Code § 67-2320 as an informal qualifications-based selection, since the anticipated professional service fee is below $50,000.
We are seeking a Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) from several firms addressing the items in the below qualifications checklist. In order to be considered for the above project, please submit your completed SOQ by 5pm Mountain Time on October 9th, 2026 to agkohout@kunaschools.org with the subject line: Statement of Qualifications [Firm Name].
Selection of a qualified firm will be based solely on the qualifications submitted. Please do not include fee or pricing information in your response. We will negotiate a fee with the highest ranking firm following SOQ scoring.
Your firm's score and ranking after the scoring process is available by request following this process.
Questions about this RFQ should be directed to agkohout@kunaschools.org
Thank you for your time, and we look forward to hearing from you.
