200 KAR 5:307. The APA is seeking proposals from entities with the subject matter expertise to conduct a
comprehensive study on the impact of laws, policies, and process on the opening and operation of certified
and licensed childcare programs and to collaborate with the APA in the drafting and issuing of a report to
