Overview

Summary

The Town of Manchester is seeking a vendor with proven experience performing hoarding cleanouts and deep cleans of households impacted by squalid conditions. The successful bidder will perform interior cleanout/deep clean of select residential properties in the Town of Manchester.

A maximum of 20 properties will be identified for this service before September 30, 2025. The vendor will receive guidance from the Town Human Services Department. A maximum of $2500 will be allocated to each property with the understanding that this amount may only cover a partial cleanout. The vendor will be responsible for providing all necessary materials including a dumpster, if needed, and will be responsible for removing all discarded items.
