Project Description

The St. Louis Economic Development Partnership (“SLEDP”) seeks proposals from qualified Certified Public Accounting (CPA) firms experienced in performing governmental audits in accordance with generally accepted auditing standards and Government Auditing Standards (Yellow Book). The selected firm will perform annual independent audits of the financial records for multiple affiliated entities and prepare a related Single Audit Report for one entity along with all related tax compliance services.

Closing Date: An electronic copy of the completed proposal must be received no later than 3 PM CT on Monday, April 30, 2026. Electronic proposals should be submitted to Sarah Kroner, at skroner@stlpartnership.com , with a copy to Josh Ayers, at JAyers@stlpartnership.com .

All questions must be submitted in writing to Josh Ayers at the contact address above. Any answers to questions will be provided to all interested parties and released as an addendum to this RFP on the Partnership’s website, https://stlpartnership.com/rfp-rfq/, after the date indicated herein.

Contract Period: This award will be for a period of up to three years, which may include audit and tax compliance for SLEDP and three separate entities for fiscal years September 30, 2026, September 30, 2027, and September 30, 2028.
