for

RANCH AT BRECKENRIDGE PHASE 2 TRAIL CONSTRUCTION

Overview
Summit County Government (“County”) is soliciting bids from qualified contractors to provide services for the following: trail corridor clearing, new trail tread construction, and bridge construction for Ranch at Breckenridge Phase 2 Trails. A mandatory site visit will be held July 8 ^th at 10am. Meet at the intersection of Baldy Road and True Romance Trail.

Details of specific tasks and project locations are outlined in Attachment 1 - Scope of Work.
