Project Description: The purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to solicit sealed proposals to research and identify new grant opportunities and to prepare applications for financial assistance. Research and identification of new grant funding will include opportunities from local, state, and federal funding agencies. The activities delineated in the Provision of Services section below will be ongoing for the duration of the contract. Development and preparation of funding applications will be performed by the contractor as opportunities become available and as City Management decides to pursue those funding opportunities.
