Bid Title:	Project to Modernize Two 2500 lb, 300 FPM Traction Elevators for the County of Natrona

Description: The County of Natrona, Wyoming is seeking qualification statements and service proposals from qualified contractors to provide modernizing two 2500 lb, 300 fpm elevators serving six floors, including but not limited to, replacement of major, electrical, control and safety subsystems. Work must comply with ASME A17.1, IBC, and all local AHJ requirements. The proposals should be designed to provide the County with a clear understanding of the costs of performing the service being solicited. The specific nature of the scope of work for the project is outlined in the attached Request for Proposals (RFP). Each Contractor shall submit one (1) paper copy of their sealed proposal on or before 10:00 am local Mountain time, October 1, 2026 to: Natrona County Board of County Commissioners 200 North Center Street Room 211 Casper, WY 82601 Proposals shall be externally labeled "Project to Modernize two 2500 lb, 300 fpm traction elevators servicing six floors." All proposals must be received by the specified deadline. The proposal will remain valid for at least ninety (90) days.
