SPACEPORT TECHNOLOGY AND RECEPTION CENTER DESIGN-BUILD

RFP# 50-49500-24-01987

The purpose of the Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit sealed proposals to establish a contract through competitive negotiations for the procurement of Design-Build Project for the construction of the Spaceport Technology and Reception Center (STARC) building, all as outlined in Section 1.5.7 of the New Mexico Administrative Code.
