Project Description: This project consists of phased renovation of existing classrooms, music-science annex, and phased construction of new classroom additions to existing buildings along with the demolition of the existing north annex building. Replacement of existing roofing. Replacement of existing drinking fountains throughout the buildings and replacement of the existing freezer. Supporting modifications to HVAC, plumbing, fire sprinklers, electrical, and low voltage systems throughout the new and existing buildings. Site modifications as needed to support the building addition.
