Pursuant to the Port St. Lucie City Code of Ordinance 35.07, this electronic Invitation for Bid (IFB) is being issued to establish a contract with one (1) qualified State of Florida licensed General Contractor who will provide construction services for the NW Volucia Dr. Sidewalk Project located in the City of Port St. Lucie (hereinafter, “City”) as further described in this Invitation to Bid (IFB ).

Background

The NW Volusia Drive Sidewalk Construction Project location is between NW East Torino Parkway and West Blanton Boulevard. This project is funded through the Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) Local Agency Program (LAP).
