Description: Request for Proposals - Tree Services Sealed proposals to provide tree services will be received until 10:00 a.m., February 18, 2025, by Lower Macungie Township in the Township Building, 3400 Brookside Road, Macungie, PA 18062, at which time they will be publicly opened and read. Copies of the proposal documents and complete specifications may be obtained at the Township Building, 8:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday. A non-refundable fee of $10.00 will be charged for proposals packets. Proposal surety in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the Proposals price is required. Performance, Payment and Maintenance Bonds will be required of the successful bidder. Lower Macungie Township reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and to accept the proposal that is in the best interest of the Township. Bruce Beitel, Township Manager All those who wish to submit a bid MUST obtain a bid packet from the Township and do so by using the template included in the bid packet.  No other forms will be accepted.
