Description: ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS/PUBLIC NOTICE TO BIDDERS Sealed bids will be received at the office of the at the Chief Administrator’s Office, Village Hall, Village of Chagrin Falls, 21 W Washington St, Chagrin Falls, OH 44022 until 12:00 p.m. on February 20, 2026 and will be opened and read immediately thereafter for the 2026 ROAD PROGRAM NON-BINDING COST OPINIONS FOR REFERENCE ONLY: BASE BID - $1,045,000 ALTERNATE A – $115,000 ALTERNATE B – $200,000 ALTERNATE C – $40,000 COMPLETION DATES: BASE BID AND ALTERNATES B & C – AUGUST 14, 2026 ALTERNATE A – OCTOBER 30, 2026 The bid specifications, drawings, plan holders list, addenda, and other bid information (but not the bid forms) may be viewed and/or downloaded for free via the internet at https://bids.verdantas.com .
