Description: The Village of Park Forest, Illinois, invites experienced contractors to submit their qualifications and proposals for the demolition or renovation of approximately 37,000 square feet, village-owned building located in the heart of Downtown Park Forest. The Village is considering several options to meet the needs of the business community, and its residents.   Factors include budget, future use, timeframe, qualifications, and other interested development parties. This demolition or renovation will be guided by the RFP’s (Request for Proposals) received, discussions with all departments involved, a board review of the findings, and then an announcement of the finalist.  If additional time is needed to obtain qualified bids, the Village will make that determination prior to the board review and notify all applicants.
