RFP  Legislative Management System

The City of Rochester (City) is seeking a solution to manage the legislation cycle, from submission of proposed legislation through to approved legislation beng posted online as searchable content.

The City seeks to streamline the legislative process including: referral process agenda review, committee meetings, and the Council meeting. The solution should automate the agenda, minutes, and proceedings document, and will potentially allow the public to comment on legislation and provide feedback. Finally, the solution should provide an online portal or landing page that integrates with our website and allows the public to easily and confidently search for:

• Dates and time of upcoming meetings

• Agendas

• Meeting minutes

• Upcoming legislation

• Approved legislation – and subsequent Ordinance Number

• Legislation under consideration
