ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS

Sealed proposals will be received by the Division of Public Works, State of Idaho, at 875 Perimeter Drive,

MS 2281, Moscow, ID 83844 - UI Facilities/Jack’s Creek Conference Room until 2:00 p.m. local,

Pacific time, on Thursday, February 12, 2026 for DPW Project 24253 Nez Perce Dr. Parking

Rebuild/Reconfiguration, University of Idaho, Moscow, Idaho.

A description of the work of this project can be summarized to include: This project will include

improvements to pedestrian access, parking, roadway condition, ADA parking, landscaping, and

dumpster pad locations along Nez Perce drive from Blake Avenue to the Golf Course parking lot on the

west end. This project will facilitate roadway revisions, pedestrian improvements, landscaping, parking,

and provide traffic calming.

Proposals will be opened and publicly read at the above hour and date.

One set of Bidding Documents may be obtained by licensed general contractors from the Engineer for a

refundable deposit of $50.00. Others may obtain documents at cost, non-refundable. Or Bidding

Documents may be purchased for $22.00 and downloaded at the following designated website,
