The City of Monterey (“City”) is seeking proposals from qualified firms or individuals to prepare an analysis of and recommendations regarding fees charged in the Marina and Harbor (the “Study”). The intent of the Study is to assess the existing rates and to recommend a rate structure and financial plan to adequately operate, maintain, and improve the infrastructure in the Harbor and Marina.
