Description:	The work for the SE Sanitary Sewer Extension Phase 1 is located approximately 0.25 miles west of NE 80th St and extends north and south of University Ave. The Phase 1 Trunk Sewer begins at the existing Pleasant Hill sanitary sewer system and extends northerly to the north side of University Ave. The Phase 1 West Sewer branch extends northwesterly from University Ave. to the Altoona-Pleasant Hill Urban Service Area Limit. The work includes approximately 6,600 LF of 12”, 15”, and 18” gravity sanitary sewer main, including approximately 680 LF of trenchless sewer construction, access structures, and associated construction. The project also includes the construction of two manholes on existing sanitary sewers west and east of 1st Avenue S.
