Summary

The City of Vista (City) is soliciting proposals in response to this Request for Proposals (RFP) from qualified professionals (Consultant) to provide as-needed engineering survey services for various capital improvement projects. All proposals received by the due date will be evaluated in accordance with applicable provisions of the Vista Municipal Code (VMC) and the City intends to select three firms according to the evaluation criteria described in this RFP and any subsequent negotiations.
