Project Description: Northside Independent School District (“NISD” or “District”) requests sealed bids for the purchase of Equipment, Parts, Rentals, Repairs & Services for HVAC, Boilers, Chillers & Energy Controls. All proposals shall include the cost of shipping/handling to Northside Independent School District, San Antonio, Texas.
PLEASE NOTE: This contract replaces IFB 2021-022 HVAC Maintenance, Repairs & Parts, expiring 2/28/2025, IFB 2022-119 HVAC Controls, Equipment & Services, expiring 7/31/2025 & IFB 2023-139 HVAC Control System Parts, Repairs & Maintenance, expires 9/30/2025. All vendors are required to respond to this new IFB. Failure to do so, will impact your opportunity to continue business with the District.
