Cobb County (“County” or “Owner”) is issuing this solicitation for FY26 Collection System Flow Monitoring Services . Submissions shall be received before 12:00 pm on Thursday, December 11, 2025 , via the County's eProcurement Portal at https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/cobbcoga . Late submissions will not be accepted.

Background

The Cobb County Water System intends to select a consulting firm for the design of the above project. The scope of services include installation, monitoring, and maintenance of twenty-five permanent wastewater area-velocity monitors and ten permanent rain gauges. The selected Contractor shall also provide Cobb County Water System with twenty-five area-velocity flow monitors complete with all hardware and accessories required for installation by CCWS at other locations.
