Notice is given that on March 19, 2026 at 2:00PM the Metropolitan Council will receive and publicly open

separate sealed bids for 2nd Ave Rail Replacement, Project Number 65321, Contract Number 26P029.

The work of this project includes: Base scope is to replace the rail and install new rail with restraining rail

at 2nd Ave North and 5th Street in Minneapolis. Additive is to replace the ZLR base plates and clips on

the 2nd Ave bridge just north of the 2nd Ave intersection.
