(Vanir) will conduct one (1) pre-Proposal submission conference, which all Bidders should attend in order for its Proposal to be considered. The proposed times and locations listed below are subject to change. In response to questions arising at the pre-Proposal conference, the County will post any addendum. County will issue minutes of the pre-Proposal conferences, which shall constitute the sole and exclusive record and statement of the results of the pre-Proposal conferences. The minutes issued by County are not Contract Documents.
