Project Description: Issuing Procurement Unit: Tooele County
The purpose of this RFP is to enter into a contract with an independent certified public accounting firm to provide professional audit services to the County. The selected firm will perform an independent audit of the County’s financial statements in accordance with the standards specified in the attached solicitation document.
It is anticipated that this RFP will result in a single contract award to the responsive and responsible vendor with the highest score justified by the procurement code and stated evaluation criteria.
Length of Contract: 1 year initial term, plus up to four (4) additional option years.
Option year pricing must be included in the cost proposal.
Vendor must guarantee its pricing for ninety (90) days.
