Summary

The City seeks proposals for health and dental insurance plans for the City's 201 full-time employees and retirees. The City plans to enter into a contract with a provider starting coverage on January 1, 2026.

Background

The City presently contracts with NH Health Trust to provide health and dental insurance plans for its employees and retirees. The City presently offers the Lumenous high deductible plan matched with an HSA. The City contracts through Health Trust for dental insurance with Northeast Delta Dental.
