Notes	The City of Georgetown (City) is seeking proposals from qualified Offerors with substantial and relevant experience to serve as a Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR)for construction of Fire Logistics Building. The selected CMAR will work as a team with the City staff and Architect to ensure an efficient design approach and construction delivery of the Project. In accordance with Subchapter F of Government Code, Chapter 2269, the City of Georgetown is issuing this solicitation. The City will select a Construction Manager at Risk through this RFP process. This will be a one-step process as provided for in Section 2269.253 of the Code. The Architect for this project is BRW Architects. Sealed proposals may be electronically submitted throughthe City E-bid system accessible via City’s web site at https://gtowntx.ionwave.net/Login.aspx on of before September 1, 2026 at 2:00 PM and immediately thereafter publicly opened and read aloud.
