Project Description: City of Roswell seeks a Cloud-Based VoIP (Voice over Internet Protocol) system to replace our current VoIP system. The new system shall include unified messaging and will need to integrate with Microsoft 365 and Five9. We currently have Yealink telephones but are looking to move toward a softphone / mobile solution for approximately 825 phones lines. An employee should be able to log in anywhere on or off the company network (cell phone or computer) and make and receive calls seamlessly. Also, we would like the option of having desk phones where needed.
