Notice of Intent to Award Contract under a National Cooperative Purchasing Agreement – Waste and Recycling Equipment and Containers
The County of Bergen, NJ intends to participate in the Sourcewell contract for Waste and Recycling Equipment and Containers 0108-25-WQI, to purchase Six (6) Wastequip – Thirty (30) cubic yard waste containers model NJ 206739NE through the Sourcewell cooperative purchasing program.

The County of Bergen, NJ anticipates joining the Sourcewell contract on or about 09/28/2026. The current Sourcewell term for contract # 010825-WQI effective May 28, 2025 - through – May 19, 2029. It is the intent of the Purchasing Agent to make a contract award to Wastequip Manufacturing pursuant to the proposal submitted in response to the Sourcewell RFP # 010825. County of Bergen, NJ is permitted to join national cooperative purchasing agreements under the authority of N.J.S.A. 52:34-6.2(b)(3).
