Project Description:	For TCAT - Murfreesboro - replace existing chilled water piping and appurtenances, replace inoperable mechanical equipment including fan coil units and exhaust fans, install a Native BACnet DC Building Automation System (BAS) to control the mechanical equipment which includes but not limited to air handling units, fan coil units, and exhaust fans. Replace Plumbing fixture faucets and flush valves, rework HW systems cosmetology department, and repair leaking pipes throughout buildings. Lighting upgrade of Job Center facility. To include all related mechanical, electrical and plumbing work required.
