PLANNING AND CONSULTING SERVICES FOR HCR32

Proposals shall be submitted no later than 2:00 p.m. Hawaiʻi Standard Time (hereinafter “HST”), Monday, October 21, 2024. Proposals shall be submitted through the HIePRO website https://hiepro.ehawaii.gov

Notice is hereby given that pursuant to Chapter 103D, Hawaii Revised Statutes, as amended, (hereinafter “HRS”), the Office of Hawaiian Affairs (hereinafter “OHA”) will be accepting proposals from qualified firms to design and develop a workplan for the next one and a half years to address the outcomes of the resolution HCR32.
