RFP EP24/25-028

BID OPENING TUESDAY NOVEMBER 18, 2025 AT 11:00AM

The City of East Providence is soliciting proposals from experienced vendor for construction of

the Pierce Field Police Substation. Specifications may be downloaded from the City’s website
https://eastprovidenceri.gov/rfp .

(1) original, Two (2) copies of proposals and (1) one thumb drive shall be submitted in one (1)

sealed envelope to East Providence City Hall, Controllers Office, Room 103, Attn: Kimberly

Brown, Controller, 145 Taunton Ave., East Providence, RI 02914 no later than Tuesday,

November 18, 2025 at 11:00 AM. The bids will be publicly recorded. Bids received with a time

of 11:01 AM or later will be rejected. The outside envelope needs to be marked RFP EP24/25-

028.

The City reserves the right to reject any/or all companies, to waive any informality in the proposal

statement and to accept the proposal of any company based on what the City deems to be in its

best interest.

Any questions regarding the RFP may be directed in writing to Erik Skadberg, City Engineer at
eskadberg@eastprovidenceri.gov and Kimberly Brown, Controller at
kbrown@eastprovidenceri.gov no later than Thursday, November 6, 2025 AT 4:00 PM.
