Maricopa County Special Healthcare District, dba Valleywise Health, is seeking a qualified construction manager or general contractor to serve as the Construction Manager at Risk (“CMAR”) for the Valleywise Community Health Center-Guadalupe-Refresh Project. Project address: 5825 E. Calle Guadalupe, Guadalupe, AZ 85283.

The total construction cost is estimated to be between $800,000. and $1,000,000. No pre-offer conference will be held.

THIS IS AN ACTIVE COMMUNITY HEALTH CENTER-ABSOLUTELY NO CMARS/CONTRACTORS/INDIVIDUALS ASSOCIATED WITH SUBMITTING AN SOQ ARE AUTHORIZED TO WALK THROUGH THE FACILITY IN CONNECTION WITH THIS SOLICITATION.
