Project Involves Design Proposals From Design Consultants Type of Facility Municipal/Government Posted in NY Location Buffalo Niagara International Airport (BNIA), located at 4200 Genesee Street, Buffalo, NY 14225 Estimate $150,000.00 Description The design services scope of work consists of preparing construction documents for the rehabilitation of the existing arrivals canopy system at the Buffalo Niagara International Airport (BNIA). The work includes developing repair and replacement details for the canopy metal skin system, deteriorated secondary framing, drainage components, and waterproofing systems while maintaining the existing primary structural framework. The project will address water infiltration, corrosion, and deterioration identified in previous condition assessments and will incorporate improvements to drainage and flashing systems to enhance long-term performance and durability.

Copies of the RFP are available at no charge and shall be requested from Cindy Cirbus at 716-855-7342 or fax 716-855-7447 and can be downloaded from the Authority's Engineering website at www.nftaengineering.com. The RFP may be picked up Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to Noon and 1:00 p.m. to 3:30 p.m., or sent via courier billed to the requester. Document Holders shall register “on-line” at the Authority's Engineering website at www.nftaengineering.com under this Project prior to obtaining the RFP.

For example: If the electronic proposal is 15MB in size, it will have to be separated into two files each no larger than 10MB. The file name for the first file would look like the following example:

Proposals received after the date and time specified above for opening shall be considered late proposals and, therefore, shall not be opened and/or considered for award. The participation goals for this contract are 0% MBE, 4% WBE and 6% SDVOB.
